 addition of Bob Spinner, president and CEO of Extensity, to its board of
 directors.  Spinner joins NONSTOP's current board members, John Lillie,
 vice-chairman of The Gap and former CEO of Lucky Stores and APL Ltd.;
 Tom Madison, former CEO of Talus Systems; Ted Schlein, partner with
