    NEW YORK, NY, April 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Northern Lights
 International Airlines Ltd. a start up charter airline 50% owned by ICBS
 Limited (PINKSHEETS: ICBM), today announced that they have opened
 negotiations for its initial overseas routes with a high level government
 official, for both passenger and freight service to and from his country.
 Flights will originate from Montreal, Toronto . The passenger and freight
 revenue from this negotiation could lead to over $40 million dollars in
 revenue to Northern Lights International Airline Ltd. The company is
 expected to extend this service from New York within a few months after the
 initial routes are established.
     "We want to be a charter airline company that serves the most desirable
 tourism markets in the world," said company President & CEO Garth McIntosh,
 speaking from corporate headquarters in Montreal Monday. McIntosh also
 stated "the airline plans to start operations with 3 leased Boeing 767
 aircraft."
     Due to the sensitivity of the ongoing negotiations the company has
 elected not to release certain specifics of the deal, upon the completion
 of negotiations and executed agreements the company will then release the
