 developer and distributor, today announced the hiring of James B. Frakes as
 its new Chief Financial Officer, replacing acting-CFO Kendra Berger.
     Mr. Frakes, 44, is a seasoned professional with an impressive track record
 in both public and private companies.  For the past 10 years, he has been CFO
 for two public companies, Play Co. Toys and Urethane Technologies, Inc.  Prior
 to that, he was a senior manager with Berkeley International Capital Corp., a
 late stage venture capital firm.  Frakes graduated with honors from Stanford
 University and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.
