 center software, today announced the appointment of Carol Snell to the
 position of Chairman of the Board.  Ms. Snell, who has served on the NUASIS
 board since the company's inception in January 1999, is a highly respected
 leader in the contact center industry.

 world-class call distribution products and services.  During her tenure there,

 Aristacom International and WebFlow Corporation, and was Senior Vice
 President/General Manager of Octel Corporation, acquired by Lucent
