 announced Stream S.A., a Cellemetry(R) licensed operator, in partnership with
 wireless carrier PERSONAL, has implemented a Cellemetry(R) Data Service
 network in Paraguay.  The  network enables the monitoring and control of
 geographically remote applications and is unique to South America.
