    CLEARWATER, Fla., April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- OpenNetwork Technologies(R), a
developer of security infrastructure software, today announced it has formed a
strategic alliance with ClientSoft(TM), a leading provider of legacy
application integration solutions. Through this alliance, the companies will

This new business relationship fully leverages the secure architecture
 provided by OpenNetwork's DirectorySmart(TM) e-business platform with

behind the firewall," said Bob Worner, OpenNetwork's vice president of product
 engineering.

connectivity to legacy integration requirements," stated Luis Delahoz,
