READING, England, Aug. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Opsview, the leading network monitoring vendor, today announced the release of Opsview Enterprise 4.4 featuring NetFlow Traffic Analytics, enhanced multi-tenancy support and additional integration with service desk software.
The new Network Analyzer module for Opsview Enterprise delivers powerful NetFlow analytics that give network engineers insight into the performance and activity on their networks, enabling fast decision making and capacity planning.
By using NetFlow, network administrators can monitor and track the flow of data between network devices and identify where devices may be overloaded or underutilized, helping identify potential problems.
With the improved Service Desk Connector module, Opsview Enterprise can automatically raise support tickets within a service desk system, allowing engineers to spend more time fixing faults and less on administration. Out-of-the-box support is already included in Opsview Enterprise for ServiceNow, Bestpractical's Request Tracker and Atlassian JIRA.
Enhanced multi-tenancy in Opsview Enterprise 4.4 gives Managed Service Providers the ability to provide secure access to an Opsview Enterprise monitoring instance for each of their clients. MSPs' clients can securely access and view their own monitoring data within an Opsview system, delivering a powerful service differentiator for MSPs and enhancing the services they can deliver to clients.
According to Ton Voon, Opsview's Chief Architect: "The release of Opsview Enterprise 4.4 release further increases Opsview monitoring capabilities, giving IT teams a truly unified view of the performance and capacity of their systems and network infrastructure and helps MSPs increase their customer satisfaction and grow their revenues."
