Option Care Enters St. Louis Market With an Acquisition of Infusion Pharmacy

    BANNOCKBURN, Ill., April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Option Care, Inc.
 (Nasdaq:   OPTN), announced today that it acquired an infusion pharmacy in St.
 Louis, MO.  Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.
     Raj Rai, Option Care's president and chief operating officer commented,
 "We are extremely pleased with this acquisition as it completes our plan to
 serve and enhance our position in the entire state of Missouri with our
 existing company owned pharmacy in Columbia and franchises in Kansas City and
 Cape Girardeau".  Rai further added, "St. Louis is an important managed care

 contracting with managed care organizations".
