    REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., April 17 /PRNewswire/ --
 (http://www.oracle.com/tellmemore/?663069) Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL), the
 largest provider of software for e-business, today announced 16 new members of
 the Oracle Exchange Partner Initiative (OEPI). Since its launch in
 January 2001, the OEPI has grown to include more than 45 companies.
     The OEPI, a comprehensive membership program for online
 business-to-business collaboration, has successfully aligned a range of
 value-added content and service providers with the Oracle Exchange platform.
 Offerings from these companies vary from product data and content management,
 to secure transaction delivery and systems integration services.
     The Oracle Exchange platform, together with these member services,
 completely transforms the traditional B2B marketplace into a true
 businessplace, enabling collaborative business flows across multiple
 enterprises that are seamlessly linked to each other. Through the OEPI,
 Oracle continues to work with category leaders whose products and services
 enrich users' online B2B experience.
     "The success and growth of the OEPI validates our vision of the B2B
 businessplace," said Renee Knee, senior vice president of alliances,
 Oracle Corp. "The wide range of integrated member services, combined with
 Oracle's state-of-the-art Exchange platform and E-Business Suite, simplifies
 customer efforts to get the maximum benefit from B2B commerce."
     The open architecture of the Oracle Exchange platform allows OEPI members
 to integrate their applications easily. As a result, members gain rapid
 adoption of their services by Oracle Exchange platform buyers, suppliers and
 operators. Members' services will also be made available to participants on
 Oracle's global, open, horizontal businessplace, Exchange.Oracle.com.
     The new members join existing members to offer four key capabilities on
 Oracle Exchange:

     -- Commerce Services - Coface
     -- Business Services - KPMG Consulting, Inc.
     -- Enablement Services - Centric Software; CoCreate Software;
        Idiom Technologies, Inc.; Mohomine; Openpages, Inc.;

        Theorem Solutions; and WebScope
     -- Portal Services - Northern Light Technology; ScreamingMedia;
