With the expansion comes the addition of Sam Carlo and Glen McDonald as Directors of Land, Kent Gough as Land Financial Analyst, as well as the promotion of Tom Imperato to Director of Land. Together, the team is responsible for land acquisitions, contracting and land entitlements.

Glen McDonald will focus on land expansion throughout New Jersey, with particular attention in Central Jersey -- a key market for Orleans in 2013. Glen brings a wealth of experience to the team, having held key positions with industry leaders such as Lennar, DR Horton and Toll Brothers.
Supporting the Directors of Land is Kent Gough, a Drexel University graduate with a wealth of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries.
