Osprey Appoints Tom Wilson President & Chief Operating Officer

    CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Osprey
 Systems, Inc. has appointed Tom Wilson President & Chief Operating Officer of
 the Company effective May 1st, 2001.

     Mr. Wilson came to Osprey in 1997 to start their e-Business practice after
 14 years with IBM.  Mr. Wilson has built a team of e-business experts that
 have implemented numerous B2B e-commerce, customer relationship, and
 enterprise resource planning applications for manufacturing and distribution
 industry clients.  While with IBM, he served in numerous capacities including
 Business Unit Executive for the Southern Area as well as Senior Location
 Executive for Sales and Services in Charlotte.  While managing a team of
 75 professionals, Mr. Wilson grew his division's revenue to over $400 million
 dollars. During this time he also earned his MBA from Duke University.
