 Software Inc. (Nasdaq: OTGS) Chairman, CEO and President Richard Kay won The
 Joseph S. Sciulli Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Technology Council of
 Maryland's eleventh Annual High Tech Awards Celebration last night at a sold-
 out event held at the Indian Hills Country Club in Silver Spring, MD.  This
 event, "The 2001 Tech Odyssey," recognizes the outstanding leaders who have
 contributed to the growth of the State's technology industry.
