    CHESTER, N.J. and TRUMBULL, Conn., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- MD On-Line
 announced today that is has implemented an agreement with Oxford Health Plans
 (NYSE:   OHP), to enable its network of more than 52,000 providers to
 efficiently and quickly submit their claims via the Internet.  Providers now
 can go to http://www.oxfordhealth.com, register on the web for the MD On-Line
 service and begin submitting claims.  MD On-Line also offers providers who are
 not yet ready to send transactions over the Internet the ability to send
 transactions via a dial-up service
