GREEN BAY, Wis., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- What do you like about using paper towels? Chances are you'll say they're absorbent, convenient and inexpensive. But have you thought about whether or not they're eco-friendly? Now you can have all the things you love about paper toweling and have it be eco-friendly. Green Bay Converting, Inc. has developed and is now distributing Ever-Green(TM) Kitchen Roll Towel, which is soft, absorbent, inexpensive and, best of all, environmentally friendly.
This new product comes with six rolls of sturdy, absorbent and sustainable 2-ply paper toweling made with 100% recycled fiber and is dye, fragrance and chlorine free. "What's particularly innovative with this product is that it fits virtually any place where paper toweling is used and its unique packaging allows for easy 'roll forward' dispensing from two locations on the packaging," said Lee Luft, vice president of sales and operations for Green Bay Converting, Inc.
The packaging is made from 100% recycled fiber; certified to have a minimum 35% post-consumer content. It's also free of any hard-to-recycle plastic wrap and the packaging actually helps encourage recycling. "There are four spots for the empty paper toweling cores to be placed back into the carton and once the rolls have been used, you can toss the entire carton, cores included, into the recycling," says Luft.
Ever-Green(TM) Kitchen Roll Towel pack is the second product in the Ever-Green(TM) line. Introduced earlier this year was Ever-Green(TM) Bathroom Tissue, a product containing 12-rolls of soft, absorbent, 2-ply bathroom tissue, made from 100% recycled fiber and, like Ever-Green Kitchen Roll Towel, is shipped on a 100% recycled corrugated paperboard pallet.
Ever-Green(TM) Kitchen Roll Towel and Ever-Green(TM) Bathroom Tissue are available for purchase at www.letsgogreen.biz and www.greenlinepaper.com, as well as at select retailers in the Midwest and Southeastern United States
