 practice group, previously with Baker & Hostetler, to the firm's Washington,
 D.C. office.  The environmental group, headed by Thomas R. Mounteer, partner
 and former head of Baker & Hostetler's environmental practice, includes three
 associates, Lisa Rushton, Judith Farrand and Roberta "Bobbie" Barkman and
 three legal assistants.  The addition of this prestigious group greatly
 enhances Paul Hastings' environmental and real estate presence in the
 Washington, D.C. area, as well as on the East Coast.  Mr. Mounteer is now
 Co-Chair of Paul Hastings' National Environmental Practice with Peter Weiner.
