    AMHERST, N.H., April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Pragmatech Software, Inc., a
 leading provider of sales effectiveness software, today announced that PBM
 Graphics, a top North American printing company, is implementing Pragmatech's
 proposal automation suite to streamline its request for proposal (RFP)
 response processes.
     With six manufacturing locations and ten sales and service offices, PBM
 Graphics, based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, is the 59th largest
 printing company in North America.  PBM Graphics sought a solution that
 enabled them to build a robust, user-friendly database and to more effectively
 manage the proposal process.
     "Over the past couple of years, we've been inundated with requests for
 information (RFIs) and requests for proposal (RFPs)," said Tom Arnold,

 get in an RFP or an RFI, we have to go through a laborious process of
