 Pegasus Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:   PGTV) announced today that it
 plans to release its financial results for the first quarter ended
 March 31, 2001 after market on Thursday, May 10, 2001.  Pegasus will hold a
 telephone conference call to discuss the results at 5:30 p.m. EDT.  Interested

     A live webcast of the conference call will also be available via the
