 today announced that it has entered into a new expanded agreement with Pegasus
 Commission Processing's largest travel agency customer, American Express
 Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (NYSE:   AXP).  Pegasus Commission
 Processing is the hotel industry's leading travel agent commission processing
 service and is operated by Dallas-based Pegasus Solutions, a leading provider
 of hotel industry transaction processing solutions and electronic commerce
 services.
     The new hotel commission processing contract has been expanded to include
 more American Express owned and representative locations worldwide, as well as
 to include Pegasus Commission Processing's newest enhanced service, Electronic
 Reconciliation & Tracking.
     Pegasus Commission Processing is a commission consolidation and reporting
 service that facilitates more efficient, effective hotel and travel agency
 operations by providing a single, monthly commission payment to subscribing
 travel agencies from participating hotels.  This service enables travel agents
