Pei Wei Asian Diner Opens Second Location in Phoenix

    SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The second location of Pei Wei
 Asian Diner opens today at Arcadia Promenade (NW corner of 44th Street and
 Indian School Rd.)  "We are very pleased to open our doors in the Arcadia
 district and look forward to becoming a valuable member of the neighborhood,"
 said Greg Carey, Pei Wei Development Partner.
     Pei Wei Asian Diner offers a menu of freshly prepared Asian cuisine served
 in a relaxed, warm environment.  Guests of this casual quick restaurant order
 at the counter, pick up their drinks and take a seat.  The food is made to
 order and served hot from the wok to the table.  The menu featuring the
 cuisines of Asia is designed to allow the guest to choose the style of the
 entree and their choice of beef, chicken, shrimp, scallops, vegetables or
 tofu.  The modestly priced menu ranges from $2.75 - $9.00 and includes such
 specialties as Vietnamese Chicken Salad Rolls, a blend of shredded chicken,
 butter lettuce, rice noodles, mint, carrot, peanuts, and lime, rolled in rice
 paper; Soba-Miso Bowl, buckwheat noodles with red miso broth, scallions,
 shitake mushrooms and spinach; and Orange Peel, mixes chili-bean sauce, orange
 peel, scallions, snap peas, and carrots served with white or brown rice.

 Scottsdale, Arizona and two in Dallas, Texas.  Additional locations are being
