ALLENTOWN, Pa., April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The PA Breast Cancer Coalition
invites you to experience its educational work of art, entitled "67 Women -
67 Counties: Facing Breast Cancer in Pennsylvania" May 10 - 20 at the Lehigh
Valley Mall Elevator Court. This inspirational traveling photo exhibit opens
with a free public reception at the mall on Thursday, May 10 at 7:00 p.m. The
reception features musical entertainment and guest speakers, which include:

Pat Halpin-Murphy, PBCC President and Founder
Senator Lisa Boscola, PA State Senate
Representative Julie Harhart, PA House of Representatives
Sandy Cray, PBCC Lehigh Valley Vice-President

"67 Women - 67 Counties: Facing Breast Cancer in Pennsylvania", is
sponsored by the PA Breast Cancer Coalition and funded by the PA Department of
Health. The photo exhibit showcases at least one woman from each county in
the state. It celebrates the life, courage, hope and dignity of the women and
families who have had a personal battle with breast cancer and encourages
women to learn about early detection.
Pennsylvania First Lady Michele Ridge PBCC Honorary Chair states, "More
women are surviving breast cancer now than at any time in our history. As we
look at the photographs in this exhibit and see the faces of those who are
currently battling breast cancer, we celebrate the hope that we are moving
 closer to finding a cure."
Pat Halpin-Murphy, PBCC President and Founder encourages everyone to visit
the exhibit. "Breast cancer is not a rare event separate from the fabrics of
our lives. It is our mothers, our daughters, our friends, ourselves. We must
educate ourselves about this insidious disease and fight to find a cure now...
so our daughters won't have to."

The PA Breast Cancer Coalition, founded in 1993, is a non-profit
organization serving the state's 67 counties through a network of County
Captains, Regional Vice Presidents and a statewide Board of Directors. The
PBCC's mission is to find a cure for breast cancer through research,
education, outreach and advocacy. Contact the PBCC at 1-800-377-8828 or visit
