 that Peter Graves has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice-President
 Sales and Marketing.  Graves has held various sales and marketing positions
 during his 19-year tenure with the company, the most recent being Senior Vice-
 President of Marketing.
     Mr. Graves will have responsibility for all sales in the United States and
 Canada, as well as all marketing, advertising and product development
