Plaintiffs Dismiss Shareholder Lawsuit Against eBT International

 International, Inc. (Nasdaq:   EBTI), a leading provider of enterprise-wide Web
 content management solutions, announced today that the consolidated securities
 class action originally filed in February 2000 (covering a class period of
 October 28, 1999 through February 1, 2000) has been dismissed upon motion by
 the plaintiffs.  The litigation was related to eBT's preliminary disclosure of
 revenues for the fiscal year 2000 fourth quarter on February 1, 2000.
     Plaintiffs received no consideration for the dismissal.
