 announced the appointment of Mr. James Dellomo to the position of
 Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Dellomo has been Vice President of Finance,
 Secretary and Director of Knogo Corporation, a thriving New York Stock
 Exchange company with annual revenues in excess of US$100-million, as well as
 Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of multi-million dollar
 companies such as Globalgate.com, Inc., and Byron Preiss Multimedia
