 has named eight attorneys as partners and three attorneys as counsel.
     Named to the partnership were former associates John R. Bielema, Jr.,
 Susan L. Elliott, Jacqueline E. Kalk, James E. Mendenhall, Shannon Lowry
 Nagle, John ReVeal, Steven K. Stranne and Lynn M. Sumlin.  Former associates

 of Michigan Law School.
     Susan L. Elliott, is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at

     Jacqueline E. Kalk practices in the area of labor and employment.  She is
 a University of North Dakota and Syracuse University College of Law graduate.
     James E. Mendenhall, who concentrates in international business, is a

     Shannon Lowry Nagle concentrates her practice in the area of bankruptcy
