 (OTC Bulletin Board:   PBSI) (The "Company") announces that it has sold a number
 of its subsidiaries with Bankruptcy Court approval.
 
     Those transactions include:
     1.  Precept-Creative to four different groups of employees.
     2.  Precept-Southern Systems a portion to a group of employees and a
         portion to American Business Forms.
     3.  Inventory in Greensboro, North Carolina to American Business Forms.
 
     The Company is in negotiations to sell the remainder of the Transportation
 Division and expects these sales to close by late May 2001.
