ATLANTA, April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- PrimeWire, a leading developer of
Enterprise Integration Applications (EIA), today signed the third private
label agreement to license its platform, the company's Internet-based benefit
 administration and benefit enrollment tool.
PrimeWire said it licensed the platform to MyBenefitSource, which will
have exclusive rights to market the Internet service to its clients.
MyBenefitSource delivers a wide range of payroll, benefit, enrollment and
administrative services for employers by integrating Internet technology with
innovative products and personalized customer care. In 2000, MyBenefitSource
grew by more than 1,100% by adding 200 new corporate customers representing
more than 13,000 serviced employees. With the current growth trend, they will
be servicing over 45,000 employees by January 2002 based on conservative
 projections.
The terms of PrimeWire's agreement with MyBenefitSource were not
 disclosed.
PrimeWire utilizes third-generation Web technologies and develops advanced
applications for the standardization of data transmission to connect
employers, employees, insurance companies, strategic partners, and other
service providers. By utilizing this technology, businesses can reduce their
share of the estimated $280 billion they spend each year administering and
 managing benefit programs.
"MyBenefitSource gave us an opportunity to prove our integration ability
by connecting their current infrastructure to various service providers while
offering the administrative functionality of the PrimeWire platform," said
Robert Steele, founder and CEO of PrimeWire. "We're a vital part of
MyBenefitSource's robust integrated solution, guaranteeing that information is
 successfully transmitted to authorized destinations."
Ed Cain, president and CEO of MyBenefitSource, said, "Integration of the
PrimeWire platform with our SingleSourceTechnology(SM) makes our overall
solution complete. Our customers now have the ability to manage payroll,
