 provider of electronic billing and payment services, has named Mette Lind
 Olesen as Chief Technology Officer.

     Ms. Olesen, who has more than 25 years of strategic expertise in
 information technology, will play an integral role in creating the company's
 overall technology vision and developing new and enhanced technology platforms
 and strategic relationships.
