 (PHCS) recently launched two new management programs that reinforce the
 company's determination to create and sustain an environment of continued
 growth and achievement for its employees.
     PHCS will be sending selected director-level leaders to participate in the
 Executive Management Program at the University of Michigan Business School.
 They will attend classes on-site at the university and be part of one of the
 most innovative and successful programs in the country. The program was ranked
 by Business Week as one of the top two executive education programs in the
 world and holds a strong reputation among educators and corporate
 professionals.

 located in Boston, Mass., is a comprehensive, global institution distinguished
 by its teaching and intellectual contributions of its faculty. The new program
 offers a variety of management courses taught by Suffolk University faculty
 and adjunct faculty, who worked together with PHCS to design a curriculum
 based on PHCS management development and business needs. With this program,
 PHCS managers who wish to do so will also have the opportunity to earn a
 Certificate in Management Studies from Suffolk University in two to four
 years.
