Prop. 65 Clearinghouse Annual Conference

Aug 10, 2015, 00:39 ET from Prop. 65 Clearinghouse

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- This year's Conference program, organized by Prop. 65 Clearinghouse, is geared to help businesses learn how to cope with California's tough toxic law. Experts in the field will cover the new proposed exposure levels for lead in products, discuss the science behind Prop. 65's naturally occurring exemption and see if there is any common ground on proposed warning regulations. Conference attendees will also get to meet the new batch of Prop. 65 enforcers and get insight into the risks and rewards of going to trial.

The one-day forum will be held at the Julia Morgan Ballroom at the Merchant Exchange building in the San Francisco Financial District, followed by a cocktail reception.

The Prop. 65 Conference is held in conjunction with the Green Chemistry Conference held the following day.

The Prop. 65 Clearinghouse, a web-based publishing company, is in its tenth year presenting the Annual Prop. 65 Conference. Over 150 people from businesses, trade associations, government and law firms attend the conference each year. Prop. 65 Clearinghouse was started in 2004 by its publisher, Lana Beckett, as a means to provide stakeholders with a source of independent, unbiased news.
