The company was awarded a State of Florida Qualified Target Industry Tax Refund (QTI) and a Brownfield tax refund incentive to offset the costs of location, employee training, and infrastructure. The Space Coast Economic Development Commissions worked closely with its project partners Enterprise Florida, Brevard County, City of Palm Bay, Brevard Workforce, Sutton Properties, National Realty of Brevard, Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce and the Melbourne Regional Chamber of East Central Florida to bring this project to fruition.
