     The APC-Industrial PC is the result of a combined effort of integrating
 Arcom's APC Celeron (19" rack-mount PC), Quicknet's OpenH323 (an H.323
 protocal stack) and the Internet PhoneJACK(TM) in a LINUX workstation as
 specified by Williams Communications.  The completed system offers Williams
 the reliability, functionality and performance required by one of the world
 leaders in fiber optic communications.
     Arcom's APC-Celeron line includes a number of standard configurations, all
 of which utilize the Intel line of Pentium processors, while offering best of
 class in quality and reliability.  Expansion capabilities for Williams include
 48 lines of digital I/O, 4-port Ethernet hub, -48V power supply, and either
 Linux or Windows NT as the Operating System.  Application software offers
 powerful routing capabilities and alarm point monitoring for the fiber optics
 network, giving info to the finest detail instantly.  The Internet PhoneJACK
 adds VoIP capabilities, able to POP-to-POP phones so technicians can
 communicate back to base and troubleshoot.
