Sudhir Mohan has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer; Roy Rong has joined as Chief Financial Officer; Scott Samson has joined as Vice President of Communications; Taher Savliwala has been promoted to Vice President of Intellectual Property and Product Legal Strategy; and Gary Liew has been promoted to Chief of Staff.

Mohan spent the last two years as EVP of Engineering at Quixey, leading a global team of scientists and technologists. Mohan has over 25 years of software product development experience, having held engineering leadership roles at eBay, Yahoo!, SGI, JVC, and startups. In his new position as CTO, Mohan will continue to play a pivotal role in Quixey's product and technology evolution by developing new systems, scaling the hosted solution infrastructure, building the company's world-class team, and driving strategic product innovation.
Prior to Quixey, Rong was CFO at UCWeb, which he helped to merge with Alibaba Group Holdings Limited in the biggest merger transaction in China's Internet space at that time. Rong has held several CFO roles at organizations based in China, as well as financial management positions at U.S. companies including Google, Solectron, and Siebel Systems. As Quixey CFO, Rong's main focus will be to develop and execute short-term and long-term financial goals for the company, and to build an efficient general and administrative business unit.
Samson brings to Quixey about 15 years of marketing and communications experience within the technology industry. A strategic communicator, he specializes in accelerating adoption of new B2B technologies through integrated communications. Previously Head of PR, North America for leading public ad tech company Criteo, he built a highly successful communications program that increased awareness among key stakeholders. In this new role at Quixey, Samson will be responsible for leading Quixey's global communications program, including branding, marketing communications, and public relations.
Previously a senior director at Quixey, Savliwala has joined the company's executive team to lead IP and concept development. He will be focused on strategic aspects of building, monetizing, and securing Quixey's intellectual property. Previously, Savliwala was a strategic consultant for several law firms and companies. He has also worked in-house at many companies. He currently sits on the board of directors for Fresh Life Lines for Youth, a non-profit that works with at-risk youth. Savliwala also advises several technology companies on future concept development and building and monetizing intellectual property.
Liew has more than 10 years of strategic planning and operations management experience within the technology industry. In his new role as Chief of Staff, he will be leading and driving initiatives aimed at addressing operational and strategic challenges across the company. Since joining Quixey in 2013, Liew has taken on the roles of Head of Developer Network and Director of Strategy & Operations. Prior to Quixey, Liew spent seven years at Yahoo! and held key roles across multiple products.
