Reggie Fils-Aime Named Senior Vice President, Marketing, For VH1

    NEW YORK, April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Reggie Fils-Aime has been named Senior
 Vice President, Marketing, for VH1, it was announced today by John Sykes,
 President, VH1 and CMT:  Country Music Television.
     Fils-Aime will oversee all marketing activities for VH1, including
 consumer and trade advertising, affiliate and consumer marketing, ad sales
 marketing, and event marketing and promotions.

 creative thinking that's led to revenue and profit growth under extremely

     Fils-Aime began his career at The Procter & Gamble Company in 1983, moving
 within P&G's highly entrepreneurial food and beverage sector to the position
 of Marketing Director. He then went to fast-food giant Pizza Hut, Inc. as
 Senior Director, National Marketing, overseeing development, testing and
 launch of revenue- and profit-building initiatives designed to drive Pizza Hut
 to market leadership.
     In 1995, Fils-Aime joined Panda Management Company, where as Senior Vice
 President of Marketing and New Concepts he was responsible for all marketing,
 branding and new concept development for this international full-service
 Chinese restaurant chain.  Later, as Vice President of Marketing for Guinness
 Import Company, he had overall revenue and marketing responsibility for the
 $1.5 billion retail imported beer business.  Most recently, Fils-Aime served
 as Chief Marketing Officer for Derby Cycle Corporation, charged with forging
 all key business strategies for the international manufacturer of Raleigh,
 Diamondback and Univega bicycles.
     Fils-Aime graduated from Cornell University in 1983 with a Bachelor of
 Science degree with Distinction in Applied Economics.
