EMERYVILLE, Calif., Aug. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- After months of behind-the-scenes development and testing, attendees of Inman Connect San Francisco 2015 will be able to demo Relola.com beta. Relola is the first residential real estate search platform that allows real estate agents to post real-time previews of properties for consumers.
Relola fosters organic relationships between real estate agents and prospective buyers and sellers like never before. "Existing real estate search platforms rely on capturing consumer information then selling these leads back to Real Estate Agents, who more than likely have never been to the home," said Relola CEO Heather Sittig. This misalignment contributes to poor quality interactions between agents and consumers - a problem Relola is designed to solve. "We want buyers and sellers to be able to tap into an agent's pre-existing, hyperlocal knowledge base like never before. Relola puts agent expertise on stage so house shoppers will know more before they go."
Relola's nationwide rollout will be at the 2015 Realtors® Conference and Expo in November. With the unveiling of the beta website at Inman early adopters get the opportunity to experiment with the platform and provide feedback for improving services prior to the full launch. Early adopters will also be the first agents discovered as consumers begin to search for homes on the site in the coming months. With recent mergers in the industry the time may be ripe for new competitors to rise - offering fresh perspectives in the dynamic world of real estate online.
