LOS ANGELES, Jan. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Rex Talent Management, LLC / They Cage the Animals at Night, LLC and Triumph Entertainment Group, LLC have joined together to raise awareness of the mistreatment of orphans and foster children, with a powerful film. Nationally, the last report to Congress (2008-2011) there was approximately 407,000 children in foster care.

Based on the true story, a best selling book written by the late Jennings Michael Burch, "They Cage the Animals at Night"  is the shocking story of a remarkable boy [Burch] with a tragic family history who suffers constant mental and physical abuse, as he is shuttled between foster homes. It is time for this door to open and shed light on what children continue to experience within the system. See Jennings as an adult Click Here.

Our mission is to ignite awareness and jumpstart pro-activity. Much is said about the abuse of children worldwide; our film will tell the story and open the dialogue for solutions beyond childhood. Broken adults who struggle with the effects of their past maltreatment and abandonment will also benefit from this compelling film.

The campaign to Make the Movie based on this true story will awaken the world to the ongoing mistreatment of children in certain foster care agencies. Award-winning Director Minh Nguyen (Credits) will be directing the film. Top talent enlisted include well known actor Louis Lombardi (Credits) currently on TNT's TV series "Mob City" whose credits include Oscar-winning "The Usual Suspects", "The Sopranos, "Entourage" and "24". Producers include EP Rex Mize, Joseph Kibler and Mickalean McCormick. Breakthrough talent includes Julie Daniels (role-Sister Clair) and Dove Meir (role-Officer Daily). A huge open casting for the lead role of Jennings will draw national attention to the cause and the film.

Children without the protection of loving parents and nurturing homes must not be forgotten; we feel the responsibility to bring this project to the forefront to help end the mistreatment of children worldwide, and that begins at home.
