New Channel Program Helps Resellers Who Help Themselves

    CUPERTINO, Calif., April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Ricoh Silicon Valley, Inc.
 (RSV) today announced the expansion of their Partner-Now(TM) reseller
 community to include multiple levels of participation and benefits.  The new
 multi-tiered community allows resellers to be increasingly rewarded as
 training participation and sales volume increase, while also further
 increasing RSV's ability to market eCabinet(TM), its flagship appliance-based
 document management system.
     "The new Partner-Now multi-tiered program provides rewards to our
 resellers for aggressively marketing and selling our appliance-based network

     Under the terms of the new reseller program, Certified Solution Partners
 must meet certain qualifications regarding their business, personnel, product
 and market knowledge, and support and service capabilities to sell Ricoh
 Silicon Valley's flagship product eCabinet, an appliance-based document
 management system targeted toward small-to-medium sized businesses and
 corporate workgroups.  "Not only does this program help our resellers market

     The new program utilizes three classification levels -- Authorized,
 Certified and Premier Certified -- providing various degrees of incentives and

 free targeted marketing collateral.  Certified and Premier Certified Partners
