    ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Robert L. Wright, chairman
 and CEO of Dimensions International, Inc, will co-chair the 16th annual
 Virginia Business Opportunity Fair (VBOF).
     VBOF is a minority business development conference and trade fair hosted
 by the Virginia Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (VRMSDC).  The
 event will take place April 23-25, 2001 at the Richmond Centre and Richmond
 Marriott.  Activities will include an all-day trade fair, workshops with
 industry experts, luncheons and networking receptions.  More than
 1,500 representatives of major corporations, minority-owned companies, and
 government agencies attend the conference.  Pulitzer Prize winning columnist
 and commentator Clarence Page will be the banquet keynote speaker.  This
 year's theme is "Mission: Possible-Diversity."
     Wright is one of Virginia's most respected business leaders, with more
 than three decades of experience in government, business, financial, and
 project management.  He is the former associate administrator for minority
 small business at the Small Business Administration, where he managed the
 Office of Minority Small Business/Capital Ownership Development (MSB/COD) to
 foster business ownership, and to promote competitive viability of eligible
 socially and economically disadvantaged businesses.  At SBA, Wright managed
 all activities involving three programs:  the 8(a) program, the 7(j) program,
 and the Capital Ownership Development Program.  He frequently interacted with
 members of Congress and the White House in formulating new policies and
 procedures.
     Wright served three consecutive terms as a member of the Columbus, Ga.,
 City Council.  He was directly responsible for Council District 2, with a
 population of about 50,000 people.  He developed and supported legislation
 related to housing, recreation, employment, industrial development, and street
