Rock for Life Warns Teen Music Fans: 'Don't Take Condoms From Strangers'

Apr 19, 2001, 01:00 ET from Rock for Life

WASHINGTON, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- "Once again, the Dave Matthews Band
is helping the nation's largest abortion provider to prey on kids at their
concerts," said Bryan Kemper, director of Rock For Life. "This time, the Dave
Matthews Band has invited Planned Parenthood to pedal flavored condoms and
 abortions to kids."
On Saturday, April 21, at a University of Virginia concert, Planned
Parenthood will release its latest line of condoms, compliments of the Dave
Matthews Band. Each condom is packaged with a toll-free number connected to a
 Planned Parenthood facility.
Kemper, however, warned teens, "Don't take condoms from strangers! Planned
Parenthood's mission is to toss out parents' influence and corrupt America's
youth," Kemper said, pointing out that Planned Parenthood recently joined a
lawsuit designed to overturn the Children's Internet Protection Act. "This
pattern of disregard for children's safety is not surprising, coming from a
company that makes money from the slaughter of innocent babies. They desire to
lure teens into a lifestyle of sexual promiscuity. It's lucrative for Planned
Parenthood, but it's a lifestyle the kids themselves will later regret."
Planned Parenthood has launched an all-out assault on children through its
teen website, its VOX concert tour and MTV programs. Planned Parenthood abuses
popular culture to promote a culture of death.
Rock For Life continues its call for America's youth to take a stand
against musicians and artists who collaborate with Planned Parenthood and
 other similar organizations.

Rock for Life is a division of American Life League, the nation's largest
pro-life educational organization with more than 300,000 supporters.
