    CHANTILLY, Va., April 23 /PRNewswire Interactive News Release/ -- Rolls-
 Royce announced today that it will support the 15th Annual Marine Corps
 Scholarship Ball on Saturday June 2nd, 2001, in Washington, D.C.
     This event is one of five Annual Marine Corps Scholarship Balls held
 across the Nation in host cities: Philadelphia; New York; Chicago; Los
 Angeles; and Washington, D.C. that support the Marine Corps Scholarship
 Foundation (MCSF).

 years through its Annual Memorial Scholarship contributions," said Mike
 Gladwin, Director of Marine Corps Programs for Rolls-Royce North America Inc.,
 and MCSF Scarlet and Gold Committee member.

 Values, the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation has awarded more than $20
 million to over 14,000 eligible candidates.  Continued support will enable the

     The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation exists to provide financial
 assistance to the children of current and former Marines to pursue higher
 education at  accredited universities and colleges, or vocational schools.
