Rosedale Decorative Products Records Record Revenue of $21.2 Million Year Ended December 31, 2000

    CONCORD, Ontario, April 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Rosedale Decorative Products,
 Ltd. ("Rosedale") today announced its twelve-month results for 2000.  The
 comparative results are as follows:

     The Company recorded net income of $.11 per share for the year ended
 December 31, 2000 on revenue of $21,216,386.  This compares to revenue of
 $16,908,400 and earnings per share of $(.57) for the year ended
 December 31, 1999.  This dramatic increase in per share earnings resulted from
 record sales and greatly improved margins.
     Alan Fine, the Chief Executive Officer of Rosedale, stated that:
     "We are very pleased with our year end results.  We have recorded record
 sales of over 21 million primarily as a result of increased sales in the
 United States.  This represents an increase in sales of 25.4% over the year
 ended December 31, 1999.  After a disappointing 1999, our company is back on

     Rosedale successfully completed its initial public offering of common
 stock in June, 1998. The offering consisted of 1.265 million shares of common
 stock and 1.265 million Common Stock Purchase Warrants.
