NEW YORK, Dec. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning in 2012, as part of a new and exciting multi-platform approach, Sandra Lee will consolidate all her brand assets, including Sandra Lee's books, specials and Sandra's other digital product licensing and electronic assets.  As a result, Hoffman Media, LLC, which has been publishing her Semi-Homemade Magazine since February 2009, will publish their final issue in January/February of next year. The announcement was made jointly today by Sandra Lee and Hoffman Media and both parties acknowledge the decision was mutual and beneficial to each company.
