 popular Web-based assessment product, LXR*TEST.  Through this agreement
 Scantron advances into the dynamic web-based testing market.  The addition of
 Internet-based testing completes Scantron's comprehensive suite of testing and
 assessment solutions, and exemplifies the company's emphasis on forging new,
 complementary relationships to bolster its leadership position.
