Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees. - The contact center sees valid call escalations (transferred to a supervisor) at a rate of only 0.0037% of total calls. (Data collected between July 1, 2016 and November 11, 2017.)
