President & CEO Assumes Chairmanship After Banner Year

 announced today that President and CEO Paul Albright was named Chairman of the
 Board at a recent meeting of the company's board of directors.
     Since Albright joined SeeCommerce as president and CEO in late 1998, the

 its employee base. Under his strategic direction and leadership, SeeCommerce
