With the launch of a new social community,, Shane's Rib Shack is stretching outside its typical franchise model and seeking qualified candidates, who, for as little as $10,000 can become an Owner/Operator of a Shane's Rib Shack restaurant. Owner/Operator Model

The Owner/Operator Model eliminates the financial barriers of established net worth, liquidity and the ability to secure financing to cover store development costs that typically run from $403,100 to $690,500.

With the Owner/Operator Shane's model, general managers who have extensive experience managing restaurants, can now step up to ownership. All owner/operators will receive a competitive base salary and benefits, plus a share of the profits.
