 on April 9th will be treated to an all-star culinary line-up served by ARAMARK
 Executive Chef John Erickson, a Long Island native in his second year at Shea
 Stadium.  ARAMARK, a global managed services company, manages all food and
 beverage services at Shea Stadium spanning 38 permanent and 62 portable food
 stands, 46 private suites and the Diamond Club and Grill Room restaurants.
     Chef Erickson, who has also presided over the culinary creations at the
 Kentucky Derby and the Breeder's Cup, takes pride in Shea Stadium's commitment
 to serving New York favorites such as Italian Sausages with Grilled Peppers
 and Onions, kosher hot dogs and knishes.  Other specialties include Shea
 Stadium's Antipasto and Pan-Seared Corn Crusted Salmon.
     ARAMARK will manage a staff of over 1,000 employees as well as members of
 local non-profit groups (working in the stands to raise money for their own
 organizations) to serve the crowd on Opening Day.
