    MALVERN, Pa., April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaiser Permanente, the largest non-
 profit HMO in the country with more than 6 million members in California,
 signed an agreement to purchase a consolidated patient billing and collections
 system from Siemens Medical Solutions Health Services Corporation.  The eight-
 year agreement includes Siemens' Central Business Office (CBO) Solution
 combining INVISION and SIGNATURE systems for Patient Billing, Physician
 Billing and Collections, Data Warehouse, Enterprise Access Directory (EAD) and
 Document Imaging offerings.
     The organization has its largest presence in the state of California with
 hospitals, clinics and more than 6,000 physicians providing healthcare
 services.  The organization is also located in the South, Northwest and
 Hawaii.
