SignUp4's release highlights for their Spend Management System (SMS) product include: new external approver functionality, new set external approver header page, a new dashboard, a typy search box, new workflow rules & stages page and a budget estimator (first cut). Each update is devised to provide software users select benefits: the updated workflow rules & stages will allow clients to better manage internal business procedures and processes in the software application while the advanced set external approver header permits a non-licensed user of the application to make approvals of workflow processes. The advanced dashboard yields users the ability to save dashboard settings by user ID while the budget estimator gives event planners the ability to estimate air and hotel cost via the GDS.

Release highlights for the Event Management System (EMS) include: an attendee search 'typy' box on dashboard and reports main, improved confirmation emails that allow further customization and recurring alerts, complex discount codes that mirror customer requests, advanced commerce settings, cart pay improvements, enhanced search and sorting options, hotel report updates, NPI search, enhanced bar charts and true report edit, which delivers the ability to edit public reporting links that have already been sent.
