 Zealand state-owned electricity generator and retailer.  The four-year
 contract provides for SITEL to deliver enhanced customer care services via
 IVR, web, e-mail, phone, fax and traditional mail to Genesis' customers from a
 state-of-the-art contact center located in Hamilton, New Zealand.  SITEL will
 also provide a full range of billing and financial management functions on
 behalf of Genesis including: bill production, tariff, metering and debtor
 management, credit control, revenue protection and financial management.
