NEW YORK and LONDON, Aug. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SKI & Company, the award winning sports and entertainment marketing services company founded by Chris Lencheski and the SKI & Company holding company; 600 Management Holdings, LLC today announced a broad global settlement with Chris and Sharon Morris-Lencheski ending all legal disputes between all parties. The terms of the settlement are undisclosed.  This settlement will allow all parties to pursue their respective lines of business, but confirms the dismissal of all allegations against Chris and Sharon Morris-Lencheski.

Going forward, the settlement provides the options Lencheski was seeking when he initiated the first suit in Pennsylvania courts in July of 2009 against SKI & Company and 600 Management Holdings, LLC.

"Lawsuits are never fun, but sometimes especially in high level sports and entertainment they are a necessary evil to pursue and I along with my wife Sharon felt it was more the necessary to pursue in this rare instance; that being said, we are glad to have this done and look forward to determine what if any role the company we founded will have in our future," said Chris Lencheski.
